Pyramid enables the continued analysis of content in an existing storyboard through natural language requests made using the Chatbot. The following exercise shows how to use the Chatbot for this purpose.
STEP 1: Access the Chatbot
To get started, open the presentation you would like to edit.
Hover your cursor to the right of the report title and click on the Chatbot icon (red box below).
STEP 2: Type in your requirements
Type in your requirements using the Chatbot's prompts.
Type in 'Remove pr' and select product category from the prompt. Then click on the run arrow (red box).

STEP 3: Type in additional requests
The system will display the adjusted Presentation and a confirmation message (red box) will be displayed in the chat.
Type in Remove Product category (select the prompt for product category while typing it in) and click the run button.
STEP 4: Additional requests
Type 'Add Prom (select Promotion Category) and change to a grid'. Then click the run button.
STEP 5: View Results
View the final results.
